NTechLabs Website

The full website for a software services company, designed to put its services front and center.

Overview

NTechLabs is a service-based software company where clients can have apps and websites built. I designed the entire website, with a clear brief from the team: highlight the services.

My role

UI/UX Designer

Problem

The company offers a wide range of services, from app development to DevOps, consulting, QA, UI/UX and data. A visitor needs to understand what is offered and how to start within moments, otherwise a broad offering just feels confusing.

Users

  • Businesses looking for a team to build a web or mobile product
  • Companies evaluating IT consulting, design or infrastructure support

Process

  1. Mapped the company's six service areas and decided how to present them in a clear hierarchy.
  2. Structured the site around services, then supporting pages: technologies, about, blogs and contact.
  3. Designed a consistent visual language and responsive layouts for every page.
  4. Added a clear path to action: a 'Schedule a Free Consultation' flow and a 'what happens next' explanation.
  5. Handed designs to developers through Figma.

Key design decisions

Services as the centerpiece

The homepage leads with the services section so visitors see what the company does before anything else.

The site leads with services, then gives visitors supporting routes to evaluate and contact the company.

Six services, one consistent card pattern

Skill rental, app development, infrastructure and DevOps, IT consulting and QA, UI/UX, and data and BI share one pattern, which makes a long list easy to scan.

A clear next step

A consultation form with a short three-step explanation of what happens after contact reduces hesitation.

Outcome

A live, responsive website with a consistent visual language that gives the company's services the focus the team wanted.
